What is Innovation Capability Voucher (ICV)?

Innovation & Capability Voucher at a Glance
The Innovation & Capability Voucher (ICV) is a simple to apply, easy-to-use voucher valued at $5,000, to encourage SMEs to develop their business capabilities.
SMEs can use the voucher to upgrade and strengthen their core business operations through consultancy in the areas of innovation, productivity, human resources and financial management. Apart from consultancy, ICV also supports SMEs in the adoption and implementation of pre-scoped Integrated Solutions to improve business efficiency and productivity.
Each SME is entitled to a maximum of eight vouchers. Each ICV project must be completed before the submission of a new application. The duration for each project should not exceed six months.
How is the ICV application flow?
A: In order to apply ICV Voucher you need a quotation from pre-approved vendor. Please see step by step process as below;
1. Vendor creates a quotation for qualified service or product. In this case is CRM system.
2. Buyer login to ICV Application website with CorpPass and submits Vendor Quotation + ACRA business profile (Not older than 6 month) along with other information requested. (This process is about 5-7 minutes)
3. Buyer submits GIRO form for the $5,000 claim to SPRING Singapore that certified from bank.
4. Upon approval buyer notifies vendor to proceed with job.
5. Vendor completes the job and Invoices the buyer.
6. Buyer pays vendor and vendor issues payment receipt with paid invoice.
7. Buyer go backs to ICV Portal and submits claim with Receipt & Paid Invoice.
8. Buyer gets reimbursement from SPRING Singapore to his/her bank account within 2 weeks of claim approval.
How soon can I have the CRM ready for my business?
A: Approval process of ICV vary anywhere between 1 day to 6 weeks and upon approval we can deliver your CRM 1-3 working days.

Can I apply more than 1 ICV for my business/company?
A: Yes. However in order to apply next ICV you should not have any active ICV application and claim;
  1. Each SME eligible up to 8 vouchers valued at a maximum of S$5,000 each.
  2. For Integrated Solutions, each SME can apply up to a maximum of 2 vouchers.

A: For you convenience we have setup a client portal that you can easily manage services & products you have with us. Also you will receive automated billing reminders prior expiry.

What payment method do you accept?
A: For ICV payment we only accept Cheque, Bank Transfer or Cash. For renewals we also accept online payment with credit/debit cards.
